The Vestal Central School District maintains a coordinated commitment to professional development. Its primary intent is to provide creative tools, strategies and support to facilitate teacher growth and thereby enhance classroom instruction and student achievement.

Kaizen
Our vision embraces the spirit of Kaizen, the relentless quest
for a better way, for higher quality performance. Think of it as

Instructional Goals
- 90% of all students will attain mastery level on all state and
external assessments. - All staff will be provided with high-quality professional
development opportunities to enhance their ability to help all
students perform at high levels.
