Golden Anniversary celebration planned for Tioga Hills Elementary School's 50th Anniversary

Ground was broken for the Tioga Hills Elementary School building in May of 1966, and the new school was open in September of 1967, just in time for the 1967-68 school year. To celebrate this Golden Anniversary, there is a party at 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 23, at the school. Current and alumni students, families and staff are invited to come reminisce, visit with old friends, or meet new ones! There will be an exhibit of memorabilia, a photo slideshow and light refreshments.
