Cross Country & Track athlete Liam Cody will be signed his National Letter of Intent with the Division I Binghamton University Bearcats on Thursday, February 9, 2023. He was cheered on by friends and family during the signing ceremony, which took place in the Vestal High School lobby.
Liam is the son of Niamh and Christopher Cody of Vestal. A four-year Varsity member of the Cross Country team, he is a two-time Section IV, Class B Cross Country champion, as well as a Section IV champion in the 800 meters. In addition, Liam was a member of the 4 x 1600-meter school record team!
A leader off the track, he is recognized as a Vestal High School Honor Roll student and a four-year Scholar Athlete. Liam is also a three-year participant in the Vestal Youth Police Academy.
