The Section IV Athletic Association has selected two Vestal High School students to receive its Character Counts Recognition Award. Character traits are valued aspects of a person's behavior. Attributes such as Trustworthiness, Respect, Responsibility, Fairness, Caring and Citizenship can dramatically improve the ethical quality of our decisions. As exceptional athletes for Vestal, we are proud to announce that our Character Counts award recipients for this year are Kaitlyn Cooke and Dan Mansfield!
