Join us where music meets magic as Vestal High School presents “High School Musical” February 22 - 25, 2024. Presented through special arrangement with Music Theatre International (MTI),* performances are scheduled for 7 p.m. February 22 - 24, with a matinee at 1 p.m. on Sunday, February 25.
Program and Music Director Austin Kiley, along with Artistic Director Elaine Laramee, Choreographer Laura Preston, and Assistant Choreographer Madison Shear, leads a cast of over 40 student performers and 20 crew.
A talented dual cast presents a fun romp through high school obstacles, cliques and stereotypes, showing the power music has to forge connections between different groups of people.
Alaina Domingo and Sydney Rose share the role of “Gabriella,” while the role of “Troy” is portrayed by Heyan Chung and Samuel Armand. Amber Gill and Kayleen Packard take turns playing “Sharpay.” Megan Howell and Nicholas Cartarella alternate as the “Ryan.” Other leads include: Jordyn Goldberg and Alister Barber - “Ms. Darbus;” Alex Jiao and Reagan Young - “Coach Bolton;” Gurleen Kaur and Katie Klimachefsky - "Taylor; Rayna Cui and Elinor Davidovich - "Kelsi;" Harrison Coleman and Owen Majka - "Chad;" Orum Pettid and Lena Showalter - "Zeke;" and Laura Klotzkin and Matthew Zahirovich - "Jack Scott."
Tickets will be on sale at the door one hour prior to each showtime and are $10 for adults and $8 for students and senior citizens.
Reserved tickets can be picked up at the “will call” table if payment has been received.**
