Dear Families of Vestal Students in Grades 2 - 5,
For the 2020 – 2021 school year, we are excited to provide our Vestal students with district Chromebooks to support our hybrid and remote learning plans. As part of the re-opening survey, your family indicated that you will need a district Chromebook for the school year. The purpose of this communication is to share the details of the pick-up process as well as to provide you with our Student Digital Device User Agreement.
1. Student Digital Device User Agreement: The agreement attached below must be signed by both your student and a parent/guardian in order to pick up the student device. Please print and bring the attachment completed. Additional copies will be made available at pick-up. **This form must be signed by a parent/guardian to receive a district device.
2. Pick-up Schedule: Please see the schedule below for pick-up dates and times. All other grade levels will be picked up at different dates/times that will be communicated to the affected families from the building/district.

* Please park your vehicle in the areas highlighted in yellow on the map above.
* Please proceed to the tents located in the area highlighted in green, following the signage and social distancing
guidelines.
* Be ready to share your student’s full name, school, and grade level.
* A staff member will bring the student devices to the table.
* Turn in the signed Student Digital Device User agreement, including signing the portion to acknowledge you have
picked up the device. Extra copies will be available at the tables. **This form must be signed by a parent/guardian
to receive a district device.
