School Tax Bills
We were notified that some Apalachin residents have not gotten their 2021-22 school tax bills in the mail. They were taken to the post office on August 31, 2021.
If you did not receive your school tax bill, you can contact Deb Wallace at 754-3369 or go to http://www.taxlookup.net to get information.  School taxes are due by October 1, 2021 to avoid a 2% penalty.

The Vestal Central School District procures commodities and services through:

  • New York State Contracts as awarded by the New York State Office of General Services
  • Broome County Contracts as awarded by the Broome County Division of Purchasing, located in Binghamton,
    New York.
  • District quotes and bids generated by the Office of the Purchasing Agent, Vestal Central Schools

Vendors who have been awarded a current New York State Contract or a Broome County Contract are encouraged to send their line card or catalog to the:

Any information sent should include the contract number assigned by the awarding agency (the New York State Contract P#, or the Broome County Bid# and CA#).

Vendors who would like to receive solicitations for quotes and bids are invited to contact the Office of the Purchasing Agent at 607-757-2204 or by fax at 607-757-2227 to request a Vendor Profile Letter be sent to them.
